Applications for the Watson Institute Ford Philanthropy Mobility Fellowship are now open! This Fellowship aims to support Ford Philanthropy Mobility-focused entrepreneurs by providing them with the skills, global network, mentors, and world-class experiences needed to achieve product-market fit and scale.

Fellows will gain advanced entrepreneurship and leadership skills, earn venture development stipends, acquire valuable experience, and expand their global network, all while working to empower individuals and transform communities.

The Fellowship offers virtual learning and experiences that enable Fellows to connect with a global cohort while focusing on making a local impact. Virtual programming includes courses with successful entrepreneurs and skills workshops.

Dates: February 27th to June 17th, 2025 (16 weeks of programming).

Format: Weekly virtual workshops, with localized gatherings and events when possible. Sessions take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 am – 10:30 am Mountain Time.

Immersive Experience: A 2-week virtual Immersive beginning February 27th, 2025, requiring a time commitment of 10–15 hours per week. This experience lays the foundation for the Fellowship’s community-driven journey.

Basecamp: A 1-3 day Impact Workshop hosted by each Fellow in their community. The goal is to gather participants, showcase their ventures, receive feedback, and expand their network. Basecamps also offer a hands-on approach to exploring social impact through entrepreneurship.
