Academic Achievement:
Undergraduate candidates: Minimum 70%
Graduate candidates: Minimum 75%
Health Sciences candidates (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy): Minimum 90%
Age Limits:
Undergraduate: Under 21
Master's: Under 30
PhD: Under 35
Research Scholarship: Under 50

Eligible Applicants:

Citizens of all countries
Graduates or soon-to-be graduates (before August 2024)
Researchers and academics

Ineligible Applicants:

Turkish citizens or those who have lost Turkish citizenship
Individuals currently enrolled in Turkish university programs
