Are you a partnership-building or business development professional passionate about social impact?

The Atlas Corps Fellowship is calling for applications just for you! Join global professionals dedicated to making a difference and engage in 12-18 months of service with organizations in the U.S. to learn best practices and build organizational capacity.

Upon completion, you'll return home equipped with new skills and a network of global leaders. As a Fellow, you'll contribute your expertise to mission-driven organizations by mobilizing networks, managing partnerships, researching funding opportunities, and developing business proposals in the social impact sector.

By doing so, you'll also support Atlas Corps' mission of strengthening U.S.-based organizations through your international perspective and expertise. Whether your skills lie in research and strategy, partnership outreach and cultivation, partnership stewardship and portfolio management, or proposal and marketing support, this Fellowship offers the platform to make a significant impact.

Fellows will also participate in the Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab professional development series to develop their leadership skills and engage in networking opportunities with Atlas Corps Fellows from around the world. There is also the opportunity to participate in group cultural activities such as a D.C. Monuments Tour, sporting events, U.S. holiday celebrations, and more. In addition to building connections with peers during the Fellowship, alumni will also join the Atlas Corps network of approximately 1,700 rising leaders from 116+ countries.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for this fellowship must have a college degree, be highly proficient in English, be no older than 35, and be committed to applying their experience in their home country or region after the program. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in one of the partnership-building and/or business development areas (Proposal and Marketing Support, Partnership Stewardship & Portfolio Management, Partnership Outreach and Cultivation, Research & Strategy) within the social impact sector.
