Applications are open for the Waves of Change: Commonwealth Youth Essay Competition. This exciting opportunity invites young changemakers to share their ideas on how youth leadership can drive ocean and climate action toward a resilient and sustainable future.

The competition is open to Commonwealth youth aged 18 to 29. Essays should not exceed 1,200 words and must be original, showcasing creativity, passion, and innovative solutions.

Winners will receive £100 and have their essays published by the Commonwealth Youth Programme, providing a platform for their voices to inspire change across the globe.
