Women interested in professions in science and technology can participate in a summer exchange program through the TechGirls Exchange Program 2024 in the USA. Young women are to be empowered and inspired by this fully-funded leadership program, especially during the pandemic. The USA, a leading nation in technology and innovation, is aggressively training researchers.

The TechGirls student exchange program in the USA provides outstanding women with possibilities for professional development, training in global leadership, and the chance to collaborate with people from other backgrounds. While asking women to adhere to a schedule and plan ahead for each activity, it encourages youth leadership, accountability, and trust.

A diverse array of academic fields and disciplines are encompassed in this list, ranging from tourism and accounting to aerospace engineering, anthropology, artificial intelligence, and beyond. These disciplines cover various aspects of science, technology, engineering, arts, humanities, and social sciences, reflecting the multifaceted nature of educational and professional opportunities available in today's world. Program Benefits
The summer exchange program covers all associated costs, including visa fees, international travel, lodging expenses, daily meals, local transportation, cultural outings, and unexpected medical expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
- The exchange requires individuals aged 15-17, born between 2006 and 2009, with advanced skills in science, technology, engineering, or math, a keen interest in STEM, strong English language skills, maturity, flexibility, open-mindedness, commitment to additional secondary school, community-based project completion, and U.S. J-1 visa eligibility.

- Third-country nationals should get in touch with us to find out if they qualify before applying if they are residing there permanently.

- Those with little to no prior experience in the United States will be given preference. If you have participated in another ECA exchange program within the last three years, you are ineligible.

- Sub-Saharan Africa (AF) – Cameroon, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, and Zambia

- East Asia and Pacific (EAP) – Cambodia, Fiji, Indonesia, Mongolia, Taiwan, and Vietnam

- Europe and Eurasia (EUR) – Albania, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Türkey

- Middle East and North Africa (NEA) – Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Territories, and Tunisia

- South and Central Asia (SCA) – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan

-Western Hemisphere (WHA) – Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Suriname
