Applications are now open for young changemakers to take part in one of the most significant climate gatherings in the world — the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), set to take place in Belém, Brazil, in 2025. The Circle of Sustainable Europe (CoSE) is inviting applications from passionate individuals who wish to serve as delegate observers at this historic event.

Each year, CoSE identifies and supports a select group of young professionals and students who demonstrate strong commitment to sustainability, global cooperation, and youth engagement. For COP30, they are seeking two representatives who will bring forward the voices and perspectives of young Europeans dedicated to climate action and international collaboration.

This opportunity offers a chance to witness global decision-making on climate policy first-hand and to engage with leaders, experts, and fellow advocates shaping the future of environmental governance. Delegates will represent a growing network of youth dedicated to building bridges between Europe and the wider world in pursuit of a more sustainable and equitable planet.

Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have a genuine interest in sustainability, environmental policy, and EU–UN partnerships. Previous involvement in Erasmus+ programs, NGOs, or environmental initiatives will be considered an advantage, but enthusiasm and vision are just as valuable.
