Applications are open for the World Water Council (WWC) Youth Delegate Program 2026–2028, a unique opportunity for passionate and driven young changemakers to engage in shaping the global water agenda and advancing sustainable water governance.
Through this program, participants will actively contribute to international discussions, initiatives, and policies promoting inclusive and effective water management.
The fellowship empowers emerging leaders to represent youth perspectives, collaborate on innovative solutions, and play a key role in the lead-up to the 11th World Water Forum, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027.
Program Highlights
As a WWC Youth Delegate, you will:

Participate as an observer in WWC meetings and provide youth perspectives in thematic discussions.

Represent young voices throughout the preparation process of the 11th World Water Forum.

Collaborate with the WWC Young Mission to design and deliver youth-led campaigns and initiatives.

Strengthen youth engagement by connecting with regional networks and promoting cross-regional collaboration on water and sustainability issues.

Additional Information
- Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of application.
- Be affiliated with a recognized organization, network, or initiative related to youth and water issues.
- Have strong English communication skills and familiarity with WWC’s objectives.
- Demonstrate proven commitment to water governance, sustainability, or youth advocacy.
- Be ready to engage fully for the three-year term (2026–2028).
