Applications are open for the SHIFT Program 2025, an initiative designed to support growth-stage fintech and embedded-fintech ventures across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East & North Africa, and Asia. The program focuses on companies that are already serving or are ready to pivot to serve women affected by migration. Through a mix of funding, mentorship, investor access, and impact tools, SHIFT enables fintechs to strengthen their inclusivity and scale their solutions.

Program Benefits

Successful applicants will receive a results-based grant of USD 10,000 to pilot or expand inclusive financial solutions. They will also gain tailored mentorship, peer learning opportunities, and access to the SIGMA platform for tracking data and measuring gender-inclusive impact. In addition, participants will be introduced to over 500 investors and partners, featured in case studies and media channels, and invited to ecosystem events to showcase and strengthen their work. While the program offers strong financial and non-financial support, it is not fully funded to cover all company operations.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to revenue-generating, growth-stage fintechs operating in Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, or Asia. Applicants should have raised funds in the last twelve months or be actively fundraising. Companies must demonstrate scalability, a commitment to impact, and a clear focus on designing solutions for women affected by migration.
