Take Action Global, an international nonprofit advancing climate education in classrooms around the world, is expanding its team and inviting applications for the role of Global Teacher Recruitment Coordinator. This position plays a central role in connecting educators to high-impact climate learning programs that reach millions of students every year.
The organization is looking for a motivated professional who understands the education landscape and has strong networks in Asia, the Middle East, or South America. Candidates do not need experience across all regions—deep knowledge or connections in at least one priority area is essential.
About the Role
The Global Teacher Recruitment Coordinator will support Take Action Global’s mission by leading outreach, building partnerships, and supporting teachers as they join climate-focused programs. This is a full-time, fully remote position, with occasional travel for events or partner engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Educator Recruitment

Lead outreach and recruitment campaigns for teachers and schools in your region of expertise.

Host virtual events such as open houses, information sessions, and webinars to engage potential participants.

Develop tailored recruitment pipelines that reflect regional needs and education contexts.

Build a sustainable pool of educator leads and maintain regular engagement.
Partnership Development

Strengthen relationships with Ministries of Education, teacher associations, NGOs, and school networks.

Represent Take Action Global at virtual conferences and educator forums.

Leverage local networks to grow participation and expand TAG’s visibility.
Program Onboarding & Localization

Support new teachers and schools as they join TAG programs through virtual orientation and guidance.

Work with internal teams to adapt program materials for cultural or language needs in your region.
Monitoring & Reporting

Track recruitment data, webinar outcomes, and conversion metrics.

Provide insights and recommendations to refine outreach strategies.
Communications

Prepare region-specific content and recruitment materials.

Share success stories and testimonials to encourage engagement.

Contribute to global communications strategies with regional perspectives.
