1. Human Resources (HR) Manager (Part-Time)
The HR Manager will play a central role in supporting the organization’s people and systems. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, managing onboarding, and contributing to the development of internal HR policies and structures. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and experienced in managing HR functions within dynamic teams.
2. Operations and Grants Manager (Full-Time)
This position focuses on managing the full lifecycle of grants and strengthening operational systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for improving internal processes, ensuring efficient grant administration, and supporting the overall effectiveness of programme delivery.
