Applications are now open for the 2025/26 Commonwealth Master's Scholarships, offered by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK. This prestigious scholarship program is designed for talented individuals from eligible Commonwealth countries who wish to pursue a Master's degree in the UK.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be a citizen or have refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
- Be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country.
- Be available to commence academic studies in the UK by September 2025.
- Hold a first degree with at least an upper second-class (2:1) honors standard, or a lower second-class degree with a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Not have previously received a Commonwealth Scholarship or be currently undertaking a Master's degree.
- Demonstrate financial need and be unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship.

Each scholarship provides the following financial assistance:

- Return airfare from the scholar's home country to the UK.
- Full tuition fees, covered by agreement between the CSC and the UK university.
- Monthly stipend of £1,378 (or £1,690 for universities in the London metropolitan area).
- Warm clothing allowance (if applicable).
- Study travel grant for study-related travel within the UK or overseas.
- Child allowance (if applicable).

Applicants must submit the following documents with their application:

- Proof of citizenship or refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country.
- Full transcripts detailing all higher education qualifications, with certified translations if not in English.
- References from at least two individuals, signed and on institutional letterhead or an email clearly showing the sender's details."
