Now accepting applications for the Climate Parent Fellowship 2024. Parents, grandparents, and caregivers worldwide are taking action against climate change to protect their children, families, and the planet. The Climate Parent Fellowship supports parent-led, intergenerational, and family-focused efforts to address climate change.

Fellows will receive a part-time stipend, training, and mentorship to enhance their climate organizing work. This Fellowship offers a supportive peer-to-peer learning network. While most Fellows focus on parent-led climate initiatives, those interested in engaging people of all ages are also encouraged to apply.

Benefits include part-time stipends ranging from $15,000 to $20,000 USD. Fellows will have access to peer-to-peer learning, regular training and discussions, communications support, and one-on-one mentorship.

Eligibility: Open to individuals engaged in family-centered, intergenerational, and/or parent-led climate organizing. Applicants should be collaborative, inspiring organizers, activists, or leaders without access to current funding sources. Various climate engagement strategies are welcome, including artistic, educational, legal, grassroots organizing, and more.

Applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged, especially those from areas disproportionately affected by environmental injustice. At least half of the Fellows will represent the Global South. The Fellowship is for individuals; group applications are not accepted. Organizations should nominate one individual per application.
