This call invites proposals from those eager to design and facilitate engaging sessions that inspire learning, collaboration, and innovation within the conservation community.

About the Opportunity

The SCCS-NY 2026 workshops are designed to provide participants with practical skills, fresh perspectives, and meaningful dialogue around pressing environmental challenges. Workshop leaders will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic program that values creativity, interdisciplinary thinking, and real-world impact.

Proposals are welcomed across a wide range of themes, including but not limited to:

    • October 14, 2026 (9:00 AM – 11:45 AM EDT) via Zoom

  • In-Person Sessions:

    • October 14, 2026 (9:00 AM – 11:45 AM EDT)

    • October 14, 2026 (1:00 PM – 3:45 PM EDT)

    • Hosted at the American Museum of Natural History
