Applications are now open for the 2026 STREETS Global Awards, an international initiative celebrating organizations that are transforming communities through hospitality and tourism.

The awards recognize social enterprises, NGOs, mission-driven businesses, and non-profit organizations creating meaningful and measurable social impact in the sector.

The programme highlights innovative projects focused on sustainability, youth empowerment, community development, and inclusive economic growth through tourism and hospitality initiatives.

Beyond financial support, the awards also provide mentoring, visibility, and opportunities for organizations to strengthen their impact communication and long-term sustainability strategies.

Award Categories

Alan Spanier Impact Award for Emerging Hospitality & Tourism Initiatives

• Prize: $5,000
• Open to operational initiatives that are less than one year old and demonstrate strong potential for social impact.

STREETS Social Enterprise Award for Hospitality & Tourism

• Winner Prize: $10,000
• Honorable Mention: $2,500
• Designed for organizations operating between one and five years that are demonstrating excellence in hospitality and tourism impact.

Alan Spanier Impact Award for Youth Development in Tourism

• Winner Prize: $10,000
• Honorable Mention: $2,500
• Supports organizations focused on youth empowerment and development through tourism and hospitality initiatives.

Application Timeline

• Judging Stage: September to October 2026
• Final Award Selection: November 2026
